早餐是一天的活力來源，大家都應該養成吃早餐的好習慣，只是每天趕上班、趕上課，常常沒有時間煮早餐，長期吃外食累積起來也是一筆開銷，而且也是要花時間等。最近Hamilton Beach公司出了一款三明治早餐機，只要花五分鐘就能弄出一份西式早餐喔！

早上沒吃早餐根本醒不來，一整天提不起精神，工作效率也不好～

想要吃一頓美味的西式早餐，也可以不用特地跑到早餐店，在家裡只要花簡單幾個步驟就可以了！

你可以事先準備好早餐的材料，像是麵包、蛋、起司、火腿、蔬果等等，看你想要加什麼～

這個三明治機有分成好幾層，首先在最底層放上麵包，再加入起司和火腿這類不太需要煮、加熱即可吃的食材。

然後在中間那層打顆蛋

最後放入上層麵包，蓋上鍋蓋後加熱五分鐘就好，這時還能趁空檔去刷牙之類的。
